This piece was about a young teen talking to her deceased friend, who is referred to as “E” or “dear friend.” She was enveloped in depression due to what happened to “E,” which had been haunting her for many years, to the point she couldn't hold it any longer, and she gave her last breath to this world. It was written to reflect on how our mental state could give up on doing anything to prevent going down the wrong path, how we suffer the most when we lose someone or something that was dear to us. At the every end of her journey, all she could think about was her dear “E”, who she hoped to see in the afterlife.
